Lochinvar Corporation Evolution
- 1919 - Walter Vallett Sr entered the water heater business
- 1946 - Walter Vallett Company is founded, with HQ in Detroit, MI.
- 1970 - Lochinvar acquires Wagoner Water Heater Company, Corporate HQ moves to Nashville, TN.
- 1982 - Bill Vallett Sr develops the engineering system that has designed today´s line of Lochinvar high efficiency water heaters and boilers
- 1989 - A new Lochinvar distribution center is opened in Detroit, Michigan
- 1992 - Lochinvar Dallas warehouse doubles in size
