3.1.1. RYDLYME PUMPMASTER Model PM115v Descaler Circulation Pump
RYDLYME PUMPMASTER 115v is a 3/4" seal-less magnetic-drive twin-bearing descaler circulation pump. This centrifugal pump features a Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated (TENV) permanent magnetic motor, producing a maximum flow rate of 4.5GPM. The hollow rotating spindle achieves internal cooling to reduce bearing temperatures. This pump´s twin bearing system, and few moving parts, provide excellent durability and easy maintenance for RYDLYME descaler circulation applications. Included: 8 gallon HDPE open head bucket, mesh hoses, tru-union valves, assorted fittings.

3.1.2. RYDLYME Model 10MDO Descaler Circulation Pump
RYDLYME PUMP 10MDO Iwaki Walchem Magnetic Drive (Pump) Only Pump is a 1" seal-less 0.5 HP centrifugal descaler circulation pump constructed with durable materials and ideally suited for use with RYDLYME. The 10MDO can circulate up to 40GPM at a 51´ head. It weighs 46lbs and comes complete with a power supply cord and tough plastic base.

RYDLYME Model 15MDO Iwaki Walchem Magnetic Drive (Pump) Only Pump is a 1.5" seal-less 0.75 HP centrifugal descaler circulation pump constructed with durable materials and ideally suited for use with RYDLYME. The 15MDO can circulate up to 75GPM at a 45´ head. It comes complete with a power supply cord and tough plastic base.

RYDLYME Model 10MDC Magnetic Drive Complete Descaler Circulation Pump System includes the 10MDO Magnetic Drive Pump, three 1" diameter 10´ hoses, and bulkhead fittings all packaged in a 14 gallon recirculating bucket. This RYDLYME circulation system is specifically designed for descaling smaller water fouled equipment. Some minor assembly is required.

RYDLYME Model 15MDC Magnetic Drive Complete Descaler Pump Cart System includes the 15MDO Magnetic Drive Pump in a versatile mobile RYDLYME descaler circulation pumping system. The pump unit is mounted on a 2´ by 4´ heavy-duty plastic mobility cart with 5" swivel wheels. The system contains a 30-gallon descaler circulation bucket with a drain valve coupled via bulkhead fittings to multiple tru-union valves, for efficient operation. The package comes with three 1.5" diameter 10´ hoses. The pump is GFCI wired and operated by a switch in a mounted weatherproof electrical box complete with a 20´ power cord. A by-pass system is hard piped into this unit to accommodate both small and large descaler circulation operations, as well as water flushing the unit at completion. This RYDLYME Descaler circulation system is fully assembled and ready for immediate use.

RYDLYME Pump Cart System Model 10CIP Clean In Place Compact Descaler Pumping System is designed for descaling in confined or hard-to-reach areas. Features include a 15 gallon descaler tank, three 10´ rubber hoses, and a 0.5 HP pump secured on a steel frame hand truck with 8" pneumatic wheels. The pump motor operates at 3450RPM, 115/230V, 60Hz, and utilizes a Teflon-coated cast iron body, barform impeller, rotary graphite seal, and a ceramic seat.

3.4.3. RYDLYME pH SLAYER Alkali Suspension
RYDLYME pH SLAYER is a concentrated alkali slurry suspension for the treatment of wastewater and effluents in need of pH adjustment. A 5 gallon jug (25kg) of pH SLAYER will neutralize 100 gallons of a 50/50 mix of RYDLYME and water (in the "as received" form).

pH SLAYER is also ideal for broad application in acid neutralization, flue gas treatment, gas stream purification, and for chemical processing.

pH SLAYER is easy to handle and non-hazardous for workers when used in the slurry suspension state. Stir or mix pH SLAYER very well before use to assure uniform product composition. As pH SLAYER has a pH of approximately 10, the slurry will neutralize acidic wastes more slowly than other alkalis - resulting in more control over the final pH.

pH SLAYER is economical when slowly added to acidic waste effluent, which minimizes foaming and minimizes the amount of alkali required. Although, utilizing pH SLAYER may cause a moderate exothermic reaction, foaming, bubbling, and polymerization are greatly reduced - compared to using Soda Ash and/or Caustic Soda.
